Crude oil prices are in free fall. Even with wars and conflicts taking place in many oil-producing countries, the price of crude has dropped about 30 percent in the past months.<br /> The price drop is largely due to an oil glut, caused by the proliferation of modern fracking technology in the US and over-production in some export countries. For many of the other exporting countries, the price war poses an ever-greater dilemma.
